Progress?

For those of you who know him, or have been following for the last year, you know that Eli has some issues. I am happy to report that in the last 3 months we have seen him grow out of almost ALL of his quirks (mostly related to a general dislike of humans and their contact...).

However, we are still dealing with his eating problems. He is still on a steady diet of finely pureed baby food and crackers (and that is a huge leap from where we were 6 months ago). We attempt chunky, slimy foods daily with no success. We still have never had to keep Tetley's dog food out of reach.

But as he has outgrown his overall shyness lately we have seen him taste test a variety of things and are hoping his food issues will be the next to disappear.
Here is what he WILL eat:

*cup cake wrappers (but NOT the frosting)

*erasers

*color wonder markers

*lip stick

*dice

*a pot pourri cinnamon stick

*and apparently, blue finger paint

I'm pretty sure this means fruits and vegetables are right around the corner.
